PNP required documents

Hi all,
I came in Canada 3 months ago on close work permit ( as a skilled worker) my employer want me to apply BC PNP and willing to help me for all required documents. Someone can help me please how to start the process? What documents I need to gathered? I am here in Canada with my wife and 3 kids, wife has open work permit and my kids are in study permit and my NOC is B. Thanks
