Because I've done Medicals with my family, Biometrics with my spouse, then the agent in Canada told me that its now my application is fully completed, that we should wait for 6 months or more for work permit before IRCC will instruct them (the agent) to send our Passport for Visa Issuing.

Current processing time for work permits from Nigeria is 33 weeks or just over 8 months. So most likely you will be waiting more than six months before you know if you are approved or refused.I am in Nigeria
I assume you know the job offer and LMIA are genuine. There are many job scams through agents so make sure what you have is a real job offer.

4. Lastly, I will have 1 hour independent calls with all applicants before travelling. Skills like driving, sewing, knitting, mechanic things, hair dressing, and more, plumbing too. We haven't set our eyes on our LMIA, It was only the job offer sent to me to sign, acknowledge and send back yo them. This whole process commenced February last year. We've paid full. Even Visa Fees. The package said its only me the principal applicant whom will be paid flight fees for, but for my spouse and kids, I'll pay for their flight tickets.
