I think I've figured this out. The password reset functionality has worked fine for my wife who is using Gmail. When I try to reset my password, I get a "technical difficulty" error. It looks like the updated system cannot send password reset emails to Outlook accounts (and maybe other non-Gmail accounts, too).
Anyone else unable to login to the tracker?

I've been searching everything and apparently they've done huge update including on their PGP (Parents and Grandparent Program) lottery system and are sending out emails for that as well. Maybe that's why some of us are in the system and some of us aren't? I'm in the W's so maybe it'll take a few days? That's what I'm hoping anyway. I certainly don't want to have to change my email just for this.That would be super frustrating considering all of the headaches I've had so far.
Hello, could you please share or direct me to where I can learn about the PGP update. All i know they are taking 23K applicants in this year intake. What else is new? I would also suggest you try a different browser or just incognito mode and see if that makes any difference.

Something similar happened to me. I don't check status very often but today saw that all of them except Citizenship Ceremony had been updated to "Completed" yesterday (Oct 13) in the old tracker. Before this 3 of the stages were "In progress".
I then logged in again and found that those 3 stages have been set back to "In Progress" in the new tracker. Not sure if they were actually completed yesterday and the new tracker just doesn't show the most recent status or the "Completed" status was false in the old tracker.
The info on their on the PGP was on their Facebook page. I don't know much else about it other than what was there and saw they did an update on that program as well, sorry I'm not much help.

Same here, almost 17 months since we applied (paper application, family of 3) and except Background and Citizenship test everything is either in Progress or Not Started.
I had this issue in the first two days after the update. But I was able to reset the password afterwards.
Hi, the same thing happened to me when I change my password today (Nov 12). Before I changed my password, I saw Oath Ceremony is schedule for Dec 13 in my tracker, but it disappeared after I changed the password. Does the oath get updated again in your system with the same ceremony date?
yes Oath date remained same for me. if you have received email with instruction you have nothing to worry. if not, give it a day or two your account might get updated. if not give IRCC call and get confirmation from them. Good luck!
