I spent my evening preparing all this in case I'm asked, so thank you for letting us know again.

I had like 50+ trips listed when I submitted my digital application. I can't even believe they don't give us a record of that submission so I could I re-use that if needed. Luckily I stored it all in an excel sheet so I'll just print that off and attached it to Your Travels.

When I submitted my application, background check was "Not Applicable", then "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check".

Once medicals passed and biometrics completed (a month after AOR), background check changed to "We are processing your background check".

Last week when logged in to cic there was an update on profile (after 37 days of passing medicals and biometrics), on checking background check message was again "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check". There was no email for any of these steps.

Can someone please help me to understand the stage of application.

Thanks for replying. Yes I have passed medicals and biometrics more than a month ago.

Do you know what is the best number to call from outside of Canada.
Thanks

My pleasure. 50+ trips is a lot, especially when you don't have the benefit of seeing your past submission. Though I did not have anything near that many trips, the other forms were just as stressful since you have to check, check, and check again before submitting.
