Why don't they also ask you to take a picture of what your poo looks like as well? And send in a dic pic bearing your original signature? Maybe they can also ask your for your WhatsApp messages bearing an original signature, your lease, all of your friends' names and addresses, your health records, your retirement savings funds statements, your bills and so on?

This is completely insane, I have never seen so many document requests for one individual. Your officer is crazy - and he give you 7days to do this? 10 doc requests in 7 days?

If it was one doc I could understand, but 10? He should have given you 30 days - this is a procedurally unfair and a little unreasonable. But sadly you have no choice but to do it quickly and make sure you thoroughly review it before responding, so I'd say it's worth taking days off from your job to get this done properly. You do not want to make ANY MISTAKES on any of these forms.

I'd be freaking out if they asked me to do "Your travels" again, I listed 150 trips, and I can't remember them all because I submitted all of it online and they don't even show me a copy of what I submitted....

The silver lining is at least they're processing your application and you can expect a decision after it's all done (assuming you left no details out).

Good luck!
Thanks man for the solidarity. Yes, it is utterly crazy. I have been doing all of this since I got the message and should be done by the end of the day today. I remember they had asked for almost similar documents from @Sami88 who applied under the same stream. I just finished speaking with my University's immigration consultant, and she, too was wondering why they wanted employment letters, credit card statements and pay stubs since the stream I am applying from is not job-based. Anyway, we have no power and, therefore, must submit everything that they ask for. Wish me luck!

Hey Bro
I also submitted the ADR and the deadline was only a week I received it on 17th Oct 2022 and due date was 24 oct 2022, I submitted everything on 21st oct 2022, (No new update received till now) I understand how stressful it can be to collect the documents and fill perfectly with accuracy
The following documents were requested
When I was trying to upload it on my cic account by merging some documents the maximum file should be 4mb but if it greater than 4mb please compress your file and then check the compress file before uploading. For safer side: I was told either to email or upload it on my cic account so I send at both ways.
1) Updated Schedule A Background declaration form bearing orginal signature.
2) Travel history form
3) Letter of employment
4) The four Recent Paystub
5) 2021 T4
6) bank statements for all accounts including credit card statements for last 4 months

Thanks so much. Yes, I was able to upload all of the documents last night. I had to reduce the size on some of the files and I included a note to say that I had left out disclaimers, promotional material from the uploads since the file was too big.

Thanks for sharing the info and please continue to keep us updated. :)

Yeah, I found that unsettling too. Especially when you are basically being asked to fill out all the application forms, and when you are not supposed to make the slightest mistake in them. However, judging from the comments below, a week appears to be the standard time they give. It is good to know that it is the standard time, helps us prepare mentally for any subsequent requests. Also, it appears to be good practice to check our accounts daily. Thanks to everyone who shared their experiences about ADR.

When they ask for updated Schedule A Form bearing the original signature, does that mean it needs to be printed out and signed?

Anyone here that has gotten nothing ever since AOR? I got AOR in June after waiting for like 15 months for the AOR and just recently my due date passed the 100% mark. I feel like I have waited too long. I haven't even gotten a medical request or anything. My family and I did our medical 3 months ago just in case they ask and I sent it in via webform about a month ago. I called IRCC and they just told me my file was transferred to another office the day before I called but that was also about 1 month ago. Is there anything I can do or is this a bad sign? I sent all the documents I anticipated they'd ask in advance, like police certificates etc. Any tips on what I can do?

It's not a bad sign, there is literally nothing you or even Justin Trudeau can do. I know you'll hate to hear this but you are still within the 22 month estimated processing time per the CIC website - there are still people from 2019 and 2020 waiting for decisions on their case. I think saw one fellow from 2018 who was still waiting.

It is utterly disappointing to see IRCC treat non-EE PNP applicants like they're second-tier trash that can just be kept waiting, while CEC candidates from July 2022 have a promise from Sean Fraser that applications will be processed in 6 months. Meanwhile spousal applications get processed in 4 months, and these spouses literally had to no work except fill out a form.

Hopefully they make a decision in your case in 2 months. I agree that waiting this long hurts and sucks.

Your only extreme and last resort is Mandamus application, but by the time a court even hears that they probably would have made a decision on your file.
