Hi all,

Asking for a friend but has anyone had a similar situation in which the home and mailing address on the old tracker (ECAS) was different?

During the ceremony, my friend said the officer asked only to confirm the home address.

Does that mean the certificates are only mailed to the home address, regardless of what is in the mailing address?

Hi. Did you friend receive it by mail or they left her a note to pick it up?
