So in that case your question is phrased incorrectly. Your CRS score technically doesn't even matter as far as PNP goes, because when you get a nomination one of two things happen.
- If your nomination is valid for Express Entry, you automatically get +600 points. At even just 600, you are guaranteed an invite, so technically your score would be 1010. You'll receive an ITA in the next all-program draw without a doubt.
- If your nomination is not valid for EE, then you apply via the Non-EE PR Portal. There are no draws or points requirements, but the processing time is generally much longer.
But in order to get nominated, that's the very hard part. You will generally have to go through a province's points system. e.g. SINP, Alberta, Ontario etc. all have their own so-called "grid scoring system" based on their labour needs and the nuances of how they value immigrants. So for you, you'll need to hope you have enough points and that your skills are even wanted by a province. So you'll need to do your research on that - the CRS is irrelevant.
