which country? PPR letter will show one name, the PA. dependents are mentioned without specifics. in my case it's okay to submit all passports to vfs with one letter. check with the vfs your parents are submitting to.

I am PGP 2021 applicant. So far I have received as per below.
1. Able to open the account using Gc key.
2. Submitted Biometrics on October 6.
3. Sponsor approved Oct 6.
4. Waiting for the next steps
what shall I expect to receive next(medical or PCC) ? And how long shall it take ?

As you are booking an appointment to Submit Passports from India, When you book an appointment at "https://cicforms.mioot.com/forms/PS", in the dropdown for family members... put the # for PA+ dependents ( example: 2 for Father and Mother). The details of dependents will be asked after filing particulars of PA and you can Upload the same Front page of PPR for PA as well for any/or all dependents in the application
It is normal. Take one appointment and in " Number of applicants for passport Submission (Each applicant will receive a separate appointment) : " put the number adding PA+Dependents. When appointment is booked, the date and time of passport submission will be conveyed by email and on Mobile SMS also after few minutes and it will be same for all members

- the electronic signature isn't working for question 8. Can I print, sign and scan?
- for family size in question 14, should it include my parents I am sponsoring? I am single and sponsoring my mom and dad so should it be 1 or 3 for family size?

I got invited for PGP '22 and I'm hoping someone can clarify something for me. On IMM1344 Sponsor eligibility assessment, it says there "If you answer YES to question 5 and you are sponsoring a spouse, common- law partner, you are not eligible to be a sponsor."
#5: In the 5 yrs preceding this application, did you become a PR after being sponsored as a spouse etc? My answer is YES as I became PR in 2017, but I'm still eligible to sponsor my mom right? Just a little paranoid. Thank you!
