My husband is a citizen of Canada. We applied for the Spouse sponsorship application process and wo have submitted our application with complete documents on oct-2021 and today it marked one year. We haven't received any email or file no. Not sure where to track our documentation.

inland in principal takes 15th month
outland in principal takes 24 month

attempt to call IRCC ( ... very difficult i know ) to track ,but its been a year now and not receiving an AOR is weird ...

Did he send it in with tracking to make sure it was received by IRCC?
