Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2021

Hi guys, I am helping my friend to apply for her parents and grandma, she just got invited. I am filling IMM0008 (the generic application form) and I am confused if I have to put her grandma as a dependent of her father? when I am putting that she is dependent it is asking me what type of dependent is she (A, B or C), anyone knows how to do this?

Grandparents would be on a seperate application.

I am trying it almost everyday nothing works ☹
Does anyone know how to link the GC key when you have application number and UCI?

I do not have the information on the new online application process.
But back then with paper based application, they would be consider 2 seperate applications.
Someone who has done it via online can likely give you more information on exactly how to do it.

But to sponsor both parents and grandparents, it needs to be in 2 seperate applications. 1 for the parents and 2 in your friend's case for the grandmother.

Parents (and grandparents) are not dependents of each other.
