Advise, parents now PR, supervisa in process

Hello friends, my parents landed and now they are permanent resident, six month back we also applied for supervisa, today received request for medical for supervisa application. Please advise what i need to do.
1. Ignore this request so automatically supervisa applications would lapse
2. Login into GcKey and withdraw supervisa application
3. Call helpline and update them.

They should have contacted IRCC as soon as they got PR but didn’t. They need to do so now and withdraw their application.
