Can my wife stay in Canada while waiting for the decision? Outside. How to get eCorp?

Hi,

I have applied a family sponsorship for my wife last year in September and we are getting very close to the end. The biometric and medical tests are all done and submitted for CSQ as well (Quebec).

Question.

1. She is here in Canada with me. She came here with her visitor visa (valid for 1 year). Should I send an address update to IRCC so we can get the COPR where we live now (CANADA)?
2. I noticed some people talking about eCOPR. How can I request this? Since my wife is here in Canada, it would be better if we can get the eCOPR instead of a hardcopy.

Did you not update her address when she arrived in Canada? Is this a new address in Canada? Any changes in address need to be updated.
