2 thing not sure. If I can get a job offer from my employer, and I'm on contract job but no end date would that be eligible?

What stream? Job offer must be full-time and permanent. Attached is the employer guide as there are forms that employer has to fill out - revenues, number of employees, and showed their recruitment process.
