Hello All,

Today we got Passport request letter. My parents are here in Canada and hence as per the instructions in the letter ,we have submited a webform with the details.
They have also said in the letter that, if there are in Canada then they don't have to submit their passports and it will be a virtual landing.

Does anyone have any idea on the process involving 'virtual landing'?
Also anyone else in same situation?

Congrats!! Same situation here. I have sent numerous webforms over the past 2 months and reached out to our MP, but still waiting for that Virtual Landing email. Our 60 day deadline is over next week.

try calling at 8am eastern time when most of the west coast is sleeping. better chance to get through to an agent.

Perfect. Thanks for the information. I guess the only thing I didn't try is to trying calling at 8am. I will try tomorrow morning.

No. I logged in and saw application profile update. When I opened, there is no change.

Great news, Congratulation! Can you please tell what was your background status at the time of PPR. We also got pre-arrival letter on 28th Sep, and waiting for the PPR.
