When was your file transferred? Mine apparently is there but honestly I just don't know anymore

My file was transferred in May 2022. Apparently no news from Vancouver office.
My file is in Vancouver VO

Received ADR for adding spouse on 22 Sept 2022
Uploaded documents on 5 October 2022.
Called IRCC on 12 October and they mentioned that my criminality, info sharing is passed, security not started and eligibility is in progress. Documents submitted for spouse have been received.
Any idea when can I expect BIL for my spouse or any communication or GU?

On 18 october, i have received the acknowledgement of my additional document submission.
On 19 October, the status on portal displays “18 October 2022, we are reviewing the additional document you provided”

Received BIL for spouse and medical is passed. Awaiting RFV now.
Anyone here who knows how long would it take to received RFV after biometrics?
Yes. Had a security interview with CBSA Dec 20th. Nothing updated in any online account. Got GCMS notes today and nothing showing about interview or anything. Noted that Primary and secondary VO are now Vancouver and Calgary (probably for some time but it took 7 months to get GCMS notes)
