I tried entering UCI and last name of applicant (not the sponsor) and I received this error: Based on the information you entered, we found no applications.

Is this normal? Please guide what should I do

for my experience, I did put the application number and family name. Make sure you enter the right information for your parents.

Hi Folks,
Hope everyone is doing well. I have a quick question and wanted to check if anyone is in the similar situation. I was checking the IRCC online account for my application today... The status said submitted and no request letter or anything. I just went in to check the uploaded document section. In there under Optional Documents section it shows as below:

Details Document Name Instructions Options Required By
Not Provided Client Information ? <Blank> 09 October 2022

I have no clues what optional document they are looking for (Client Information) - Any body in the same situation or knows what it could be they asked for?

Hello Everyone,

I received email from government to provide forms IMM5406 for principle applicant (my Dad) again and its mentioned that all dependents less or above 18 must sign form, so do i have to fill this form for all his kids ?? none of my siblings will be included in this application. I am confuse how to move forward. any help would be appreciated. does anyone know best phone number to get help from CIC call center on this topic??

Already answered. but repeat that again. The wording is "all dependents above 18 must sign form".
The definition of dependent is under 22 years old and single.

XF is a temporary application number. After AOR, the application number starts with F.

I will try few times entering info, but if it doesn't work, how should I contact CIC, I guess office will be Mississauga. Is there any way to contact them faster?

XF is a temporary application number. After AOR, the application number starts with F.

I don't have any application number starting with F. Any suggestion how to get that? The application was filed last year and there has been no update since then. What is the normal trend to get AOR and application number starting with F?

Try clearing your browser history. That usually help with this error

I cleared cache/history several times. Also tried different browsers - chrome/edge and tried in different systems too. But still getting the same error.
