I applied my parents visitor visa extension and received the approval to remain in Canada as a temporary resident until 2022/12/10. Their flight to return to India has already been booked to depart on Sep 28th, 2022. But, IRCC has also sent a medical test form which should be done within 30 days. They will be leaving before that 30 days.. Should we still need to undergo medical tests?
If we don't do the test, does it cause any issues while re-entering Canada during next visit?

If they stayed past the 6 month initial visiting period (if they were granted 6 months) they must do the medical. They already remained past the point of the initial stay permitted. If they didn’t stay past the allowable period (either 6 months or length of time stamped in their passport) you need to send a webform withdrawing the extension. If they don’t do the medical and stayed in Canada past 6 months or date stamped in their passport yes they will have difficulties in the future.
