Asking about sponsorship

Hello I'm moraccan citizen I got married last year with a Canadian. We did all the process in Morocco than after that he go back to Canada and he asked me to fill out the forms for visa and send it to him with other documents. In the End I found out that he still keeping the documents with him and he didn't claim in the service immigration to bring to Canada. What can I do in this situation

Unfortunately there's really nothing you can do. It's entirely his choice if he sponsors you or not. You cannot force him to sponsor you.

Yes I understand but he lied to me. I can not trust him and what's worried me I'm 3 months pregnant and he wants me to give birth in my country I'm worried to not claim this innocent baby in the embassy because in my country we have this problem with foreigners

So you bared 2 children for your husband?

It's still not very clear of what's happening. But regardless there is not much you can do if he doesn't submit an application to sponsor you.

Yes I understand no we are waiting for a baby I'm 3 months pregnant.
thanks for replying me I'm really I'm in bad situation now I'm worried about this innocent baby more than other things. My husband his original is somalia he is a teacher in ross river territory yukon
I tried to apply for visitor visa or tourist but he cancelled my bank card and I asked him to sent to me invitation letter and he refused
