IRCC Scarborough Applicants - Online Test/Interview/DM/Oath

I do need to talk about IRCC.
25 May 2022 , same day applied for :
- Renew of PR card , fee 50$
- Apply for Travel Document, fee 120$
(Expecting for more than 2 years my documents expired).
- 10 August 2022, IRCC send me the new PR card
- September 2022 interview of citizenship was asked
- One day after, Decision Made & Ceremony was decided for me
- Today the post office send me the paper to pick up my Travel Document ( tomorrow after 13:00)
- I can’t travel because day 21 October 2022 should be in Canada for the oath. Considering that if si do travel, in the return 2 weeks should be closed home under quarantine law of Covid-19.
Please applicants, don’t be worried! I’m the best proof how IRCC works.

They assume you have not returned unless you inform them.
I feel like they tend to put your file on hold until you get back so maybe it's time to go back.

Possible, but it’s also possible that if you do go back and let them know, they will ignore your email and have to wait there. Really unsure what to do. As I said before, this whole slowing down of an application because you are outside is very stupid and makes no sense..

When I say: 9 September, that’s the day IRCC decided for “The Day of Oath ceremony “
Monday 12 September the decision of the Oath’s day was updated
Ceremony day should be: 21 October 2022
 
Yeah. got that. Will wait :) what else we can do :)

Nope ! I guess it varies applicant to applicant. I am march 2022 applicant.

Don’t worry! I saw during the interview ( in person to Scarborough office) applicants from 2018, 2019 having interview same day with me. So, don’t panic. IRCC is finishing files left behind from 2018.
Be patient my friend, and positive!
