Hi
Im in a dilemma. I travelled to activate my PR that was spouse sponsored and am waiting for my PR. Unfortunately, we have decided not to continue this marriage. Will there anything that needs to be? Also, I’m not living in Canada currently.

This is a hard question to answer. Do you think there is any chance your spouse is going to report you to IRCC?

It's pretty problematic that you've just received PR and the marriage has already fallen apart. If your spouse decides to report you to IRCC, it's possible IRCC could move to revoke your PR status after an investigation.

Hard to say. Complicated situation. Makes it look like this may have been a marriage of convenience for the purposes of obtaining PR.

Thank you for the information!
I know this is such a complicated situation.
Have you landed and activiated your PR yet?

They usually ask if there is any change in the relationship with your sponsor. You cannot lie about that.
I don't think it's that complicated. I don't think getting PR via your ex is an option.

UPDATE:
I re-read your post and found out that you have already landed ( I travelled to activate my PR).

And you are just waiting for your PR CARD to be mailed out.... Well, then there is nothing you can do. Your sponsor could report you or not.

Was the relationship over before you landed? Have you ever lived together as a couple? How long have you been married?
We are still married. It’s going to be 2 years
We lived together about 3 weeks because he had to get back as he was waiting for his citizenship

How long does it generally take to get the card?
