Hello members, I have applied for PGP in November 2021 and recently got my AOR. Now in our application my mom is the primary applicant and she'll be visiting me in Canada for 6 months starting December 2022, but dad's gonna stay back in India as he doesn't have visitor visa as of now. So my question is what if I get medical request or say PCC request while my mom's in Canada and dad's in India. Is it possible to do it for my mom here and then dad can do it separately over there,.... or it has to be together?
I know I need to inform CIC through webform about any address change but my only confusion is do they have to do it together or in those circumstances it can be done at separate places?
Has anyone done this before?

I would say have PCC and medical done upfront together week or two before your mom come to Canada. And send it via webform as you already have AOR.
That is what ideal suggestion I can think of!

Thank you for your quick response. Can you please tell when the status got changed from Returned to Submitted? I want to know how long it took to receive biometric request after the status change.

It took around 1.5 months.

you cant do medical upfront for PGP application. That is what doctor in Scarborough ON told me.

Guys can someone please tell me how to know if hospital has submitted the medical details to IMMI? My father got extra medical request because he had the surgery last year and I received an email from the IMMI that if I do not submit the medical until Sept 16th my application will be closed.

We completed the medical and re medical but I am not sure how to check if they received it or not.

Any help or information is much appreciated.

It usually shows up on GCkey a week after the medical is done.

For PCC and medical request for your parents, where are you getting the notification from? Is it inside GC Key or you are getting the email? For the entire application process, I have been using my second email id for my parents. Will I get it there?

Email only says ‘Check your messages to see what we need ‘on GCKEY. Actual letter you will get on GCKEY

Hi guys, IRCC office shows 36 months as a standard processing time for Parent application while i see here that's it's really going quick for many people to get the approval letter ( less than 1 year) .... Something has changed so far? Thank you
