Hello!
I just saw that the latest CRS cut-off for August was somewhere in the 520's. I have a score of 453, and I am hoping for it to drop to that extent.
Is there a prediction or forecasting tool which can give a mere insight into when that might happen, or does it happen by fluke?
Any help would be appreciated :)

There's nothing like that.

IMO your score is too low to be expecting an invitation through EE directly. You need to look at the PNP programs. Or you need to increase your score.

It will not drop that low. You don’t need a forecasting tool to know that. However, if IRCC goes to some NOC/in demand draws (where there are labour shortages like healthcare) with the approval of Bill C-19 then maybe.

At one point of time 453 was considered a very good score. Unfortunately not today, and no, there is no forecasting tool because the number of applicants invited varies at times between draws. I suppose we can create a tool with some level of mathematical modelling, but we have too many unknowns to factor in.
