Little back story, I came as a student but when i went to border to apply for PGWP which got rejected but I claimed refugee and it got approved and now I am on work permit working full time job. I applied visitor visa for my mom once but it got rejected. I want to reapply, what are your tips to make my case stronger, I really want her to come and see me. Thank you for your time guys.

It's generally very difficult for a family member to get a TRV approved if you are a refugee claimant.

What will make her application stronger:
- Very strong ties to her home country such as employment, property ownership and assets.
- Strong bank account statement. She should fund the whole trip herself and not rely on you.
- Previous travel to countries requiring visas such as the US and UK.
- Keeping the trip relatively short (e.g. 3 weeks)
- Traveling alone (e.g. spouse remains in home country)

Unfortunately the chances of another refusal will be quite high.

realistically you will likely have to visit your mother in a 3rd country.
