As stated in the title. Can't find any certain information. Has anyone done this successfully? What are the other requirements? Thanks.

LMIA exempt (ICT) or LMIA? Are your working in Canada?

Thanks for your response and clarification. It is an LMIA via global talent stream. Not LMIA exempt. I am currently out of Canada but will have a work permit to start working in November. Before November when I have the LMIA, can I use it to add 50 points in the express entry?

If you have a LMIA and it is not exempt, you can count the 50 points.

There 8 different LMIA streams https://leromlaw.com/types-of-lmia
1. Low-Wage LMIA
2. High-Wage LMIA
3. LMIA for Agricultural Workers
4. LMIA for Seasonal Agricultural Workers
5. LMIA to Support a Permanent Residency (PR) Visa Application
6. Dual Intent LMIA
7. LMIA for Global Talent Stream
8. LMIA for In-home Caregivers

Mine is 7. LMIA for Global Talent Stream. Somehow I thought only LMIA via 5 and 6 can be used to add 50 points.

Do you think they are all eligible for 50 points?
