Can I use Global Talent Stream LMIA to get 50 points for Express Entry?

Thanks for your response and clarification. It is an LMIA via global talent stream. Not LMIA exempt. I am currently out of Canada but will have a work permit to start working in November. Before November when I have the LMIA, can I use it to add 50 points in the express entry?

If you have a LMIA and it is not exempt, you can count the 50 points.

Mine is 7. LMIA for Global Talent Stream. Somehow I thought only LMIA via 5 and 6 can be used to add 50 points.
