What is an employer membership ID? Ask your employer. Do you mean consultant/agent?

no, it's one of the biggest organizations in the world. there is no way to register under a person's name.

So it is not a licensed immigration consultant or law firm . It is an IT consultant firm. Dont think it can be an employer representative.

Why would you be filling it out? It is the employer who fills the form and uses a representative. It must be a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer. So your employer is not using a representative.
