Saskatchewan has had a whole chaotic drama because of this confusion in 1958. They have only Central Standard Time(CST) year-round* . No Daylight Savings Time.

And a whole act to settle the dispute between electors.
The Time Act, 1966

(* some cities use MST in winter instead of CST )

So in conclusion 10:30AM CST ( Saskatchewan Time) is 12:30AM EST
I am confused as well. I am attaching a screenshot. They dint say anything about EST, Can someone confirm the timings for me. for me it says -
Saskatchewan time CST (12:30pm)
central Daylight Mountain time CDT (1:30 pm)
Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) (Alberta Time) 12:30pm
Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) BC time 11:30 am

They dint mention anything about EST. lol

How come? CST and EST are 1 hr apart, so 10:30 AM CST = 11:30 AM CST? Isn't it?

To be safe, IMO, I would just pick Pacific Time as reference and do a +3h for EDT. the whole MDT/CDT could get confusing :p

Just got off the phone with an IRCC Agent. He was super nice and kind enough to access my file. He told me that: “Citizenship granted, Decidion made as of July 18th 2022.” I just have to wait for Oath Invitation email. Instructions will be provided in the email. All sections including Language Skills, Physical Presence and Prohibitions turned completed on that very same date, July 18th 2022. Therefore, for online Applicants, it’s accurate to say that DM “Decision Made” is when everything is marked completed.

But my understanding, even if DM done still he can't say "Citizenship Granted" till the Oath, is that correct?
