my ETA was cancel with out a reason..I don't know what to do can some body help me. This is the information I got. Following an assessment of your file, it has been determined that you no longer meet the requirements for an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). As a result, your eTA has been cancelled.

There are reasonable grounds to believe the passport is not eligible for eTA.

Should be posting under visitor section but what is your citizenship.

I am having a Bahamas PASSPORT. My passport is still very much valid with out issues... I just kept wondering why my ETA was canceled with out any good reason . Please I need help.

Have you previously traveled to Canada? What is your immigration history with other countries? Any recent refusals or issues entering any country?

I have traveled to 2 countries with out issues. I have have never travel to Canada before and this will be my first time.

No I did not follow this step. I just applied directly on Canada immigration website. Please what do you advice I do? Apply another one on the site you gave me?

When does your passport expire?

Really don't know. I don't need eTA, never applied for one. But maybe try the link I gave you..

Do you know the right number I can call? Because every ask me to call...I don't know to to get this hole thing fixed. Is so annoying
