Family citizenship application question

Hi all, we are family of 4. Can i apply online citizenship application while my kids & wife apply on paper? Has anybody in the group done so?

Please note i will be filing application this week and your inputs would be very helpful.

I'm not sure if you can do that, but even if you can, I would not recommend doing so, because paper applications are being processed much faster than online, and even family applications are being processed faster than single ones.

27 month processing time is a revised average from recent years taking into account the extremely delayed 2018-2020 applications that were first delayed in the pandemic and then many of them still on the back burner and waiting. A majority of 2021 paper applicants have been getting their citizenship in 12 months or less, but more of the 2021 online applicants are still delayed beyond that. Some January 2022 paper applicants have even taken the oath.
