Low CRS and IELTS score

Hello folks,
My CRS score is 372 and my details IELSTS score is as below: L: 7.5 R: 5.5 W: 5.5 S:6.0
My agent is saying I am not eligible to apply for PR , don't I have other options to apply for PR without Express entry?
Please guide me..

Agent is right. You are not eligible for Express Entry because you need CLB 7 in all bands. Look at SINP OID to apply directly but if your score is only 372, doubt your score will be high enough. So improve your IELTS just to enter the pool. You want a CRS score close to 500.
