How to Submit PGWP Extension Request?

Hi,

I currently have a PGWP that was issued to the last date of my passport. I have less than 2 months remaining and I have gotten my new passport ready.

I have been searching right and left, and went through their website surveys, forms and articles to find out how to submit this extension request. I'm perplexed and don't know how to get to it.

My PGWP is not employer specific and I am currently working. I don't have LMIA and since this is a passport validity-based extension request, I don't believe I need LMIA.

Please help! How do I submit this PGWP extension request?

Also, what should I write in my explanation to them? Should I say that I have also applied and waiting for TR-to-PR and I have an EE profile?

Just googled “extend PGWP”. You must apply by paper and not online.
