Can't seem to find any resource on how to apply for PGWP extension for existing PGWP holders expiring in 2022

My PGWP is expiring on 1st October, 2022. So I qualify for the recent government program of PGWP extension for those who are going to have it expired in 2022 to spur post pandemic growth. However, I can't seem to find any resource to apply for it. Can someone englighten me here on how to go about it.
