1. Do you mean GCMS/ATIP notes? She only applied a few weeks ago…why do you need notes now?

2. No one can tell you chances but if refused, she still needs to address reasons for refusal and your spouse (you can co-sign) still need to meet LICO.

Hello All.

Just one quick question, Does ITR (india) need to be attested by CA. Its for my father.
For supervisa parents document
ITR
Bank Balance certificate.
Statement 6 months enough.
is there anything missing or need to be added to improvise ?

Application Submitted for both : April 13, 2022, UCI # Updated on the File, within hours on the same day.
Biometrics : Given at VFS, Hyderabad on April 21,2022 for Mother only, Father didn't require as he is 80 years old. Biometrics updated in an hour on the same day.
No update after that as of April 25,2022.
Application Status Reads "We are processing your application ,will send a message when there is an update ...etc...
But Review Eligibility reads "We are reviewing your Eligibility" -April 25,2022

UPDATING MY PARENTS TRRV TIME LINE

BVL received 12 July from Ottawa CPC.
PPR received 12 July (in one hour)... Thank You All for answering my queries. Good Luck to All.

Hello everyone,

My parents have applied for visitor visa showing that they will visit Canada as Tourists. They applied from New Delhi, India.

Online application was sumbitted and biometrics was done by 12 April. However till today i.e. July 12 the status still shows as processing. Does it take so long?

For my father biometric date is shown as 12 April but for my Mother it shows 2 June which is strange as both of them gave it together in April.

Is there any way to expedite it?

Applied through GC key for spouse:
Purpose: attend my graduation
Applied on: 11th July 2022
Biometrics updated from previous refusal(September 2021) on: 13th July 2022
Reason for refusal: will not leave the country
Current Application status: in progress

Fingers crossed!

As long as the biometrics are showing, the application is considered complete.

It is taking 5-6 months processing now. We are seeing some people getting approval in a week or 2 as well. Completely random

Do they have any travel history? An active USA visa seems to expedite processing [ I submitted an application for my friend on June 17 and he got PPR today - He does have an Active USA Visa]

There is no way to expedite. Just wait
