PR Card Renewal & New - 2022 Processing Timeline

Hi,

I have a situation. Last Friday I submitted PR Card renewal application for myself and my wife through PR Portal. Today I see that for my application under "Reason for Return" it says "Photos are missing" and definitely I uploaded the front and back side of my photo. Now the application status is still "Submitted" and "Action" button is disabled. So, shall I create separate application again or should I try with paper application?

Any input is really appreciated.

Yours and mine dates are very close so thought of responding to you.
Application delivered to NS for me, my spouse and my child on May 30th 2022.
AOR on July 5th for all 3 applications.
I received PR card yesterday.
For my Daughters and wifes application shows as

Permanent Resident Card Application
Permanent Resident Card Application
ApplicantPermanent Resident Card Application Status
xxxxxxxxxDecision Made

when I click on application i can see
Permanent Resident Card
  1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on May 30, 2022.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 6, 2022.
  3. We started processing your application on July 6, 2022.

So looks like still they are working on my wife's and Daughters application.

Indeed quite similar. Was the residence days different for you and your wife and daughter ?? What I find weird is mine is 849, my wife's is 804 and my son's is 804. Now me and my wife got it this Monday, and son's is still showing IN PROCESS. Guess either being worked on by someone different or not sure what. Still today he is at 45 days from the receipt date of 30th May, hopefully will get resolved soon.

My son's application is still showing the same from 1st July
  1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on May 30, 2022.

for all of us was more than 1400 days, but mine was 20 days more than my wife and kid.
Was in canada from OCT 2017 except 3 times month each i.e 90 days approx was out of canada from OCT 2017

Right...barring landing up on different tables....not sure what's going on. Still hopefully this will be over soon, fingers crossed.

My husband got his card too today but for me and my son’s still on process and received AOR last July 5
