Hi,

I am having problem finding what documents I need to prepare on each stage of EE OINP HCP application.

Based on what I saw from the official website of EE OINP HCP here: https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontarios-express-entry-system-streams, I realized there are different application stages: 1. create a EE profile and indicate interest in immigration to Ontario, 2. receive NOI from Ontario 3. submit application within a time period 4. accept nomination in EE system and wait to be selected through EE.

If any details I mention above about the different stages about EE OINP HCP is wrong, please correct me, really appreciate it!

Therefore, my question is: what documents I need to prepare ready for these four stages? Especially for the first stage, I am wondering what documents I need to have to be eligible to receive NOI?

Again, many thanks to you the time on my question!

For stage one, you need to have a valid profile in IRCC’s Express Entry system - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/register.html and select Ontario as the preferred province (you can select other provinces too). Once you receive an NOI from Ontario, you will receive a list of documents you need to submit.

You can refer additional information here - https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontarios-express-entry-human-capital-priorities-stream
Hi monteirotan,

thanks for your reply. I check the website of how to create an EE profile: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents.html

Does it mean that I need to provide the scanned version of all these document (e.g. proof of work experience/employer letter, proof of education, language test result) as early as I am creating this profile?

In other words, if I provide these documents at very beginning stage, what else do I need to submit when stage 3 and later?

You don't submit any documents at the time of express entry profile creation. Document submission is only applicable after the invitation /or NOI. For the time being, You only need them in order to copy the data into your application.

Hi NikSharma01,

thanks for your reply. based on what you said, can I conclude that, when I am creating the EE profile, I only need to provide the information like, the reference number on IELTS transcript, the reference number on WES, the passport number on the passport, the NOC code based on employer letter and etc. However, I do not have to submit these documents at that time but information only.

Thank you again for your confirmation. May I also ask which website I can find to consolidate the thing we talk here? Since I only find some websites about the document checklist and something else, but nothing is talking about what documents are required at different time point.
