Office: Calgary
Oath: 6/6/22
Certificate Posted on: 6/21
Received Certificate : 6/23 (11:30AM)
Applied Passport : 6/23 (13:00 to 15:10)
Pick Up: 6/24 (1400)

Hope this helps.
Thanks for the update.
I also received the certificate today.
If I may ask, did you go to the service Canada downtown? I guess it's walk-in for urgent passport request. Is the queue long?
I don't have a flight ticket yet, as I need to apply visa after getting passport. Is a travel plan sufficient for urgent request?
Thanks.

Yes, I visited the downtown 4th Ave office, they allowed only Urgent Processing (2 days travel plan) when I visited saying, they met the target for today for walk-ins, there were just 4 people ahead of me for passports.

Just ticket is sufficient for Urgent Processing.

Hi All,
My wife and I have done our test in Dec and got its status as completed in Jan. At that time it was just the Background check and test was "Completed".
But today I just notice that my wife Background status changed to "In progress" again. I wonder if it does anything? Why did they get it status back to in progress I wonder?

went to the same place about lunch time today. The lady said the queue was really long, and asked me to come back another day. No guarantee what position in the queue can be seen by officer.

Hi there,

I'm a September applicant. My citizenship tracker was updated on June 15th informing me that my oath ceremony will be held on July 9th.

I still haven't received the official invitation via email. Does anyone know when I should expect the email to be sent to me?

Thanks so much.

Today was a horrible day there (probably due to Friday) I waited 3 hours to pick my passport and there were 200+ people. Thursday weather was bad when I visited, may be that's one reason crowd was less. I don't know much about the early crowd (first half).

Hello,

Any Jan/Feb/March applicant still waiting for the “decision made” status like me here? Vancouver applicant here, and I somehow feel I’m the only Feb applicant still waiting for the oath. I took the test about 2 months ago, but not only no oath ceremony has been scheduled for me yet after 1.5 years, but also all items either are in progress or has not started except the test and background verification which are completed. Any applicant in the same boat here? I don’t know what to do. Thanks.

Here is my timeline:

Application delivered: February 9, 2021
AOR: April 13, 2021
Fingerprint required: September 15, 2021
Fingerprint received: October 28, 2021
Background verification status updated to Completed: October 29th, 2022
Citizenship test taken: May 2nd, 2022
Citizenship test status changed to completed: May 5th, 2022

Last update: May 5th, 2022

Hi I am in the same boat. Same office. I think you should request for GCMS notes. Besides getting to know your file insights sometimes it also wakes them up.

Hi. How do you know which day your certificate was mailed? I'm waiting on mine as well.

Has anybody contacted IRCC through the email they sent when presenting the test ? This would be in regards to asking why the process is taking longer than normal? if so, what message have you sent ? I mean what wording ?

Hi everyone,
I was required to provide additional information related to one of my travel. The email from immigration says says " send the documents required in the attached PDF " but there is no PDF attached to the email

Does anybody know what documents are required?
