Hello,
To submit my documents through VFS:
1. I went to https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/usa/ -> Additional Services -> View Services -> By Mail -> Click here option for 2 way courier service.
2. Created account here:https://www.vfsglobal.ca/ . Then Buy 2- way courier fedex labels-> Select Centre (NY), Application Category (Original Passport Submission) -> Added applicant details -> made payment -> generated label.

I have payment confirmation & shipping label, no return label. It mentioned that return label will be generated later.

I wanted to know if anyone else did it this way. Most people seem to have sent emails to-vfsshippinglabels@vfsglobal.com

Have I generated labels incorrectly? Do I need to send email & then wait for the response for next step.

I am really confused. Could someone please help?

Hi, i'm also facing the same issue, i'm unable to generate the return label but have the shipping lable. Did you happen to get your problem resolved? If so can you please share with me the process steps?

yes it seems if you paid for 2 way courier they will be able to generate labels at their end. Mine was returned in about 2 weeks.
 
Hi skand, when did you submit your passport? I submitted it on 7th May, reached IRCC on the 12th but no update since...
 
Hi,

I am trying to register on :https://www.vfsglobal.ca/ for two way courier services. I am applying for the same from USA(Indian Passport holder), but during registration it asks region or country you are applying from, I don't see option for USA. So do I have to select India?

Please guide!!!
 
It shows this after logging in :
  • Please visit http://vfsglobal.com/ site then select --> Visiting Country --> Resident Country to re-login in the Appointment Module.
Is this a glitch in the website?


Must be , try again later or clear browser's cache and try cuz this link is what i sent to my husband to buy his prepaid label

i think their site is down cuz i cant seem to find it by going to their site either

Don’t we have to say work permit if we are sending passports for getting work permit stamped ?
