Greetings to all,
I've worked as an on-call Full-Time employee for NOC: 2283 for one year. Can I apply for CIC on the basis of this experience? I am not sure if an on-call worker qualifies for CIC or not.

You're being paid a full salary / full hourly wage for each hour you are on call, correct?
