Study permit- May applicants for Sep intake gather here

Medical was submitted to IRCC on 10th March.. atleast that is what it says on the report. Although it has not been updated in my application yet.. it shows "You dont need a medical examination. We will inform you if this changes"

Applied on cic/ircc portal: 8th June
Biometric: 15th June

Since then :Submitted and we are reviewing your eligibility.

I know few have received passport request letter within 7 days.

Not sure what happening with my application.

May applications will receive results in July end or August begining. Already 4-8 April applicants are receiving results.

No. That has not been in place since before Covid. Expect same processing times as non SDS.

Nope. It's taking up to 90 days according to current trend. Non SDS permits are, on the other hand, coming in within 10-15 days.

I have offer from a US university and have F1 visa got approved also. I was waiting for my Canada student visa to get processed, but seem taht with these time frames I would not be able to make it for my this year Sept intake.

Glad to hear that sis, i assumed that Peru got their study permit really fast. I've been surfing different forums and lots of Peru students got their visa within a month. That's incredible!
