medical application

Hello,
Please does it usually take so long before being told to do medical after submitting your biometrics? because mine has taken up to two months since i did my biometrics and i have not heard from IRCC on what next to do.. is this waiting time a normal process.. does anyone have same experience.
 
I guess it depends. In my case, I received the medical request first last June 2. Then the following day, June 3, got the the biometrics request. Both were done on June 13, 2022.

I'm so worried, having to check my email box every seconds, everyday...and I have been doing that for the past 5 months. Are we not allowed to call them?
 
Wow...you are so lucky, i submitted my application(outland) in February of this year and they received it in may, that was really long, i got their response to go do my biometrics in may which i did the next day and ever since then i am yet to hear from them....im so worried. i learnt that we are not allowed to call them? what do you think i can do?
Are you in CAD or outside

I’m in Canada. You can try calling them but there’s a very long call waiting time and sadly, the agents are unable to provide any important info about the application, they have very limited access. You can also try contacting them via webform.

Honestly you have been so helpful.. Thanks, i was thinking that maybe the delay is mine is because im not using an agent?

the webform wasnt helpful, also im not sure its allowed for people outside canada to call their customer centres.. pls can i get your contact if you dont mind
