Decision Made-Job Description not match-Appealed & Succeeded

Hi everyone. I have received my refusal around 2weeks after it turned into DM.
My consultant filed appeal though, but am not sure it it's going to work out.

Is there anyone here who managed to succeed on appeal after refusal due to Job desc.?

Hire a good solicitor make sure your appeal letter explains about your past work experiences and the job offered. Try to make connections and similarities between two jobs.
