That's exactly what I was telling him. So you mean he sends the pdf form to me after filling it, i take a printout, check it, sign it, send it back to him and he sends it to ircc. Am I right? Please correct me if I am wrong.
Yup. That’s exactly it.

How does schedule A filling work? Actually it's my consultant filling it for me and I have no access to my account at all. What he has told me is that there is no signature needed and that form would be filled online. But my ADR clearly mentions that case officer needs schedule A, bearing original signature. Can someone please help? I am really anxious now.
As @MajorGrom said, the instruction is very clear, 1)Print it - 2)Sign it - 3)Scan it
Tell your consultant you insist to sign on it.

Remember to go through every single letter on this form make sure there's no mistake, no gap in between your personal education and work history.
read through all the question 2-3 times, this is very important because you dun want your application delay for unclear information.

Relax! they probably just want to confirm your current address and see if there's any changes on your conditions during the process!
just submit it and you should get your approval soon. :)

Hi all!

My AOR is 8th Feb 2021 and I got the remed request yesterday along with ADR.
IRCC is asking me to submit "A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature".
Should I download the form and then fill it up? Where can I get this form? Also Where to upload all the ADR and medical examination report in our online account?
I think I am very much confused right at this moment. Kindly enlighten me!

1) You can simply search it on google, just ensure you download it from the IRCC website, and not from other sources in case of you found the not most updated version.
or https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides.html
2)Yes! Download it ->Fill it-> Print it -> sign it-> double check ->submit it.
3)you can submit them via webform.

good luck!!

I sent my application via paper (regret this so much) mid February 2021 and I still haven't received my AOR. I do have a temporary file number, so I think my application wasn't lost but is this normal nowadays considering they have a massive backlog? What should I do?

I'm sorry this happened to you, it can feel your frustrations, have you try to call them?

Yes, I called them twice and they said to be patient. I called the first time around 3 months ago and they gave me a temporary file number. Is that a good sign that they have everything from my application at least?

Medical examination report is not to be uploaded anywhere. It is sent directly to IRCC by the medical center. Still if you want you can send them via webform

Why would you submit it via webform when you have an option to upload the document on your account?

When you login to your account and go to your application, click on "View submitted application or upload documents" and on the next page go all the way to the bottom, there is a one line with description "Schedule A (required)", where you should be uploading the schedule A.

Do not send a webform, you should be uploading all the documents requested on your account and then sign the checklist and declaration. Once you have signed the declaration, the new documents gets submitted automatically.

Hi. Did any one apply for Australia p.cc recently? Very recently they have started issuing digital pccs. Received digital copy on the same day they dispatched the hard copy via aus post ie on the 24th of May. But till today I haven't received my hard copy. My Adr submission date is 18th of June. They claim in mail that they have sent it to my home address. What to do? Can I use digital pcc incase hard copy doesn't arrive?
