It is possible. But I will suggest take all the actions you can on your end to avoid a situation where a file may be forgotten. Reach out to local MP office etc. to see if you can get the PPR email triggered. This was happening a lot during covid restrictions but there is no longer any reason not to issue a PPR if the file is approved. All the best!

I am waiting for Passports to be picked up and when i tracked on blue dart with AWB no. it shows that Pick up is cancelled by customer (me)

What should i do, how can VFS be contacted for the same .

Visit blue dart in your area.
 
Talk to a very good lawyer and crush their existence.

That is an absolute incompetence from their part and they should pay dearly for that. Don't let them get away. Agree with the lawyer to receive only 20% of the settlement, so he can go and massacre their living soul.
how about we hire Mark Holthe for this?
maybe a lawyer's notice / or the applicants written notice that he/she is planning to move ahead filing a case to the court could initiate a response from WES : /
