Certificate of Citizenship

I submitted in the applications for certificates of citizenship for my kids (I was born and raised in Canada, they were born and we are currently living in the US) on Feb 10th via overnight courier. They were received on Feb 11th as per tracking but I have not received an AOR yet. Does anyone know how long it will take? We are now at 4 months and it seems a little excessive.
