PPR received missing spouse details

Hi Everyone,

I submitted my express entry profile on 26/Oct/2020 and got married on 26/April/2021. Then I informed IRCC about the same and they sent the list of documents and I submitted all the requested documents on 26/Nov/2021. Now on 17/May/2022, I received my PPR for self only my spouse details are not added to my profile. Now I am confused and worried what to do as I submitted all the requested documents but still my spouse details are not added.

Can anyone help why this happened, is it a miss by CIC? Will they add the details now? I have raised a web form but still worried but will happen next.

I applied from INDIA , I am FSW outland candidate. My spouse received biometric request on 31/may/2022 submitted biometric on 7/june/2022.

After that waiting for the PPR request for both of us. On 5/Aug/2022 received the below email.
