Hi, I am from Bangladesh. Every document is up to date and available. Besides that, I have a shortage of Bank statements. i didn't have 4months transaction ina raw, only 1 month available.
my study permit application Time is very short cause my session is going to start in September & I have to get a study permit before August 15 as per my instituition. I have available funds to continue my studies in Canada But have only 1month of banking transactions in the sponsor account.

1. Do I have to apply for a study permit before June 30 to get a study permit before my session starts?
2. is there any alternative for Bank statements?
3. are 2 months of bank statements sufficient for a Study permit to convince the Immigration officer?

Please.. please your response would be very helpful.
I will be grateful for your piece of advice.

If not mistaken, IRCC specifically asks 4 months of bank statements for non SDS applications. By not sending the complete documentation, you are asking for a refusal. Why not defer your intake for January? If your application is not complete, you are giving the officers an easy job when it comes to refusing your application.

Thank you very much for your kind information. I will be very grateful if you can share more details about Cash in investment account?
if I am not wrong is cash in investment account & FDs (Fixed Deposits) both similar?
& is it help me to be supportive for weak Bank statements!

I want to add more that my sponsor DAD had previous like the year 2016 to 2018 outstanding banking transaction! but recent one year transaction is very low.. started transaction again just a month ago..

Why are you dealing with banking statements from 2016 to 2018? You provide bank statements from you and your dad for the last 4 months. Funds can be fixed deposits. All the information on the IRCC site for proof of funds.

Reach out to your university or college, they'll probably let you defer despite the payment of the first semester deposit. Proof of funds may also be fixed deposits as long as it covers the required amount.
