Hi everyone,

I am filling out the details for the EE application and I have 2 questions. In the application I included my wife and was asked about her education. She has a bachelor degree from outside of Canada and an ECA equivalent. The question was stated as follows in CIC form: "Was X awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate for this period of study?"
Given that she has an ECA should the answer be Yes or it is a No?

Another question is for myself, I am currently working on a PGWP, the form has the following question: "Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?"
The options are:
- Yes
- No
- No - My work permit is exempt from LMIA due to an international agreement
- No - My work permit is exempt from LMIA due to a Federal-Provincial agreement
- No - My work permit is exempt from LMIA due to other reasons and is employer-specific
Given I'm on an exempt PGWP (open WP not employer specific) I'm not sure which option is valid for my case.

Thanks for the help in advance.
