Hello guys, I wanted to know.. is it worth it to file a complaint against the way a persons PR has been processed. Some of us have had to extend our work permits multiple times and redo medicals which costs a lot of money . Some of us have had to wait for over 27 months with nothing missing from our document but officers extended and pushing the file forward by multiple months. I just had to redo my medicals so I know I won’t have to wait much longer, but the procedural unfairness of it all and randomness of file processing is disheartening

Hello guys! I received ADRs asking for proof of funds, remedial on May 6. Aor Feb 16,2021. I’ve completed the remedical and submitted the ADR on May 9th. However, on my ircc account I see “Action is required” under my Express Entry application as well as Permanent Residency application. Anyone come across this ?

I had the same experience. It takes a while for IRCC to process the documents you uploaded. I received two confirmations after uploading - one immediately, basically stating that the document was received. Then another one some days later - I guess that's when a person looked at it and decided that the document is in line with what was requested. At that point, the status changed back to "we will contact you if we need more information" or something similar (don't recall exactly what).

I received Remedical request on April 26, I did the exam on April 27, still waiting for clinic to upload the result. Several times I have called them, the clerk says “don’t worry, if the doctor reports your exam, you should wait for months because of IRCC’s backlog!!!! So be patient and don’t worry.”
It’s really unbelievable and cannot understand.

I didn’t receive any confirmation so far but my Ircc account says “document you submitted has been uploaded.” How long did it take to hear back with your final decision after ADR submission? Looking forward to hearing from them soon.

That’s crazy! The panel physician told me they ideally submit our results on day 7 after our medical is done once all the results are out and positive.

For 10 days they told me they are waiting for blood test report. After going directly to lifelab and checking, I found that the result was reported on April 28. So it means they are not honest. In my home country I did the same test in only 3 days, from start to upload to website.
