Blue dart drops passport at vfs and vfs sends it to IRCC, IRCC stamps it and sends it back to VFS, vfs gives it to blue dart.
I think VFS sorts out passports by categories and assigns tracking Id by type of application, just my opinion

I donno whether i am worrying too much for no reason coz last time they sent me the dispatch message exactly after 4 working days and same for this time.

Hi.. as you have checked the dimensions with a ruler i don't think so it will return without stamp so don't worry. Wait for sometime and check your online account for any updation.

I didn’t include the PPR letter while sending the passport second time coz they asked only to resubmit the photos again.
Will that be an issue for not stamping ?

Is it mentioned in that letter which was sent by IRCC? Have you included that explanation letter from IRCC with the package?
Sorry I don't know exactly whether ppr is required or not

They mentioned to resubmit the photos with correct dimensions and include a copy of that letter. Thats it.
