Hi member,
I have a question I got my visa and COPR through spouse sponsorship. He came to my country to get me from Canada but things did not work out due to his misunderstandings so he left me and cancel my ticket. And when he reach to Canada he inform the immigration officer about the separation. After he left me, I bought another ticket so that I can go there and resolve this misunderstanding with him, but when I reached the airport they told me my Canadian visa is canceled as well as my COPR. Now i am unable leave this country and travel to Canada. Online status now shows application “in process”also got the message from immigration saying; “our office has received information regarding your application which impacts the decision that was made. The permanent residence visa and confirmation of permanent residence (COPR) issued to you have been cancelled and the application has been re-opened for further review. We request that you return your passport and the COPR to the visa office to cancel the visa.”
I really don’t know what to do and can’t find any help. I’m stuck back here and my husband left me all alone like this. however I m not yet divorced so is there anything that can help me to appeal or can get back my visa. Can someone please guide me.

As the sponsor, your husband has the right to cancel your application or COPR right up until landing. There's nothing you can do to get your COPR reinstated since your PR visa was dependent on your husband's sponsorship. With his sponsorship withdraw, you unfortunately no longer qualify to come to Canada and become a PR through spousal sponsorship. Unfortunately there's nothing for you to appeal and no way for you to get the visa back.

At this point you would need to get either a TRV or eTA (depending on what passport you hold) in order to travel to Canada.

If you and your husband can resovle your issues then he can certainly sponsor you for PR again through spousal sponsorship.

Otherwise you would need to find a way to qualify for PR independently through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.

as about TRV or eTA as you said depending on what passport you hold so I have Pakistani passport.
You need a visitor visa (TRV) to travel to Canada.

With a spouse in Canada, the chance of getting a visitor visa (tourist) is not very high.

Would suggest discussing your marriage issues over the phone/video chat since getting a TRV will likely be very difficult. Unfortunately sometimes marriages don’t work out and if the relationship has broken down your husband shouldn’t be sponsoring you.

Since my COPR got cancel and my husband withdrew for Sponsorship. Can I still apply for express entry or it will still have issue due the cancel of COPR

You can certainly apply for Express Entry.
