I have almost the same timeline and I too am waiting for some action.

- AOR - 24 March 2022
- Biometrics - Exempt
- Medical - Exempt
- Pre-arrival services - 02 April 2022
- Medical cleared update - 05 April 2022

Good luck. :)
You and I have almost the same timeline.
Just I think it seems that the case of medical request proceeds in a faster timeline than the medical exemption.
Could you keep sharing your timeline?

After 37 tries I finally got into the Call Centre queue today at 8 AM and requested a callback... but they've yet to call me 5 hours later. I'm starting to get nervous that they're just not going to call... has anyone used the service recently?

Did you get the call back? Most times they call from just “Canada” but sometimes they could call from an unknown/blocked number in case you have those blocked on your phone.

Might be.. the best way is check your application all time.
Hey bud, nice to see you around.

I've linked it on day one, it hasn't budged a finger since then... was hoping it would be just a couple days but eh... now I'm stuck here haha

Damn first world problems

Yeah, I defo understand the pain. like mine took almost 2 months to get it done so I was half nervous and half did not even care. But as long as its approved, you should be able to get your PR Card. like mine was approved on Thursday and the card arrived on following monday,

I know everyone has different timeline, but you can always use my timeline as reference.

Soon you will be able to get it!

Nope, they never called me! I checked my blocked calls and everything, there was nothing. Another time a few months ago they called me back but couldn't hear anything I was saying and hung up on me. I guess even if you're one of the lucky ones who hits the last button within 2.5 seconds of the clock changing to 8 AM you STILL might not get to speak to them. What a fucking joke, I don't understand why they even HAVE a phone line
It's been 7 days since I got decision made and still no update... I know it's not abnormal but I still just want the confirmation! :)
